Work
We
offer high volume sheet metal work services including forming,
bending
and rolling. Our facilities are equipped with 3 CNC brake presses
and 1 NC brake press as well as a range of sheet rollers and
fly presses. We have shearing capacity up to 2.5m for 6mm mild
steel and 3mm stainless Steel.
Much
of the profile work which we base our sheetmetal work services
on originates from with the CNC laser cutter or CNC punch,
and after forming, bending and rolling is generally moved onto
the fabrication or assembly departments prior to finishing.
Forming: Combining
modern multi axis brake press capability with an extensive
range of tooling plus highly skilled machine operators
and CAD/CAM programmers we can offer a comprehensive CNC forming
service As well as regular angle folds we can also undertake
Dutch folding, flanging, and deep box forming.
Rolling: Sheet
rollers are available for sheet upto 1m wide and 2mm thick.
Fly
Pressing: We operate and regularly use a number of fly presses
for a whole range of applications such as inserts, gasket cutting
and metal forming. We hold a wide range of dies in stock and
have the skills and experience to machine new tooling as is
required.
