Engineering
We offer
a range of conventional precision engineering services including
milling and turning. Our precision engineering department is
equipped with modern NC mills and lathes as well as metalworking
equipment such as grinders, saws, linishers, drills and boring.
Milling: Our 4 Semco turret milling machines are ideal for general production
requirements and offer a working surface of 1270 x 254mm with
NC controls. These machines allow us to undertake small batch
work quickly.
Turning: Conventional
turning can be undertaken for components upto 1.5m in length
and 400mmØ.
Benchwork: We offer bench work including manual deburring, drilling,
tapping, grinding, linishing and riveting.
Jigs & Fixtures: A large amount of the work
we undertake requires complex jigs and fixtures.
