Metal Finishing

We offer inhouse powder coating and wet spray services as well as managing services such as anodising, alocrom and zinc plating as well as electropolishing of stainless steel.

Powder Coating: We offer polyester, epoxy-polyester and epoxy powder coating services for components up to 1.5m³. For further information on our powder coating services see our sister company Vickers Metal Finishers.

Wet Spray: Wet spray can be undertaken for components up to 1.5m³. For further information on our powder coating services see our sister company Vickers Metal Finishers.

Aluminium Finishing: As specialist sub-contractors to the aerospace industry we undertake a large amount of anodising and alocroming. This is currently outsourced to a specialist aluminium treatment firm Metro Plating.

Zinc Plating: A large proportion of the steel we machine or fabricate is zinc plated. We use a trusted local company, who have demonstrated over the last 15 years the highest levels of quality and integrity.

Rumbling: We offer rumbling using a Trowal Vibrator.

Aqueous Washing: Hot water washing and degreasing is available on the shop floor for immediate cleaning post machining, where required.

Quality Control: Where required Dry Film Thickness can be measured.
