We
offer inhouse powder coating and wet spray services as well
as managing
services such as anodising, alocrom and zinc plating as well
as electropolishing of stainless steel.
Powder
Coating: We offer polyester, epoxy-polyester
and epoxy powder coating services for components up to 1.5m3.

Spray: Wet spray can be undertaken
for components up to 1.5m3. For further information

Aluminium
Finishing: As specialist sub-contractors to
the aerospace industry we undertake a large amount of anodising
and alocroming. This is currently outsourced to a specialist
aluminium treatment firm Metro
Plating.
Zinc
Plating: A large proportion of the steel we machine
or fabricate is zinc plated. We use a trusted local company,
who have demonstrated over the last 15 years the highest
levels of quality and integrity.
Rumbling: We
offer rumbling using a Trowal Vibrator.
Aqueous
Washing: Hot water washing and degreasing is available
on the shop floor for immediate cleaning post machining,
where required.
Quality
Control: Where required Dry Film Thickness
can be measured.
