Fabrication
We
offer a comprehensive fabrication service for components up
to 500kg
catering for both one offs and prototypes as well as high volume
work. We work with a full range of materials including steel,
aluminium and specialist alloys as well as material forms such
as bar, tube, machined billets, sheetmetal, box sections and
extrusions.
MIG,
TIG & MMA Welding: Standard MIG, TIG
and MMA welding can be undertaken. We operate 6 dedicated welding
bays fitted with
the latest in fume extraction systems suited to the welded fabrication
of components up to 500mm2.
Heavy
Welding: To compliment our 6 welding bays we also
operate a much larger open area with large welding tablets
for heavier
welding applications.
Spot
Welding: We offer large capacity welding with
a set of 75 KVA and 25 KVA Spot Welders equipped with a
range of electrodes including
all BS807 electrodes (flat electrodes, truncated, vertical
offset, angled offset, single crank, double bent, and swivel
electrodes)
as well as being able to supply a wide range of cap electrodes
and custom electrodes to meet your specifications.
Suspended
Welding: We operate a Tecna 33KVA pneumatic operated
suspended gun for use with larger fabrications.
Coded
Welding: Our welders all hold test certificates
in coded welding as well as being accredited for aluminium
welding for the aircraft industry.
