CNC Punching

We offer 22 ton CNC sheet metal punching upto 6mm for sheet sizes of up to 1250mm x 1250mm. The Centrum 2500 includes Wiedemann tooling, 3-box frame and a partitioned table structure for high rigidity and high precision processing as well as:

  • 250 Punching Rate
  • 410 Nibbling Punch Tate
  • ±0.1mm Accuracy
  • 18 Stations
  • 2 Auto Index

We have a large tool library suitable for most shapes and modern nesting software which allows us to maximise sheet used and reduce material costs.

We undertake medium to large production runs of 100 to 5000 off with 24 hour working days from Monday to Friday and weekend work where required.
