We
offer sub-contract laser cutting using a state of the art Trumpf
Trulaser 2525 4KW system.
- X axis:

- 20
mm (mild steel)
- 15 mm (stainless
steel)
- 10 mm (aluminum)
The
Trumpf Trulaser 2525 is equipped with an additional pallet
changer
allowing for rapid loading and unloading of sheets.
An additional
Y axis is integrated in the motion unit. Unlike the
standard
Y
axis,
it
does not move
the
complete
motion
unit,
but only the cutting head. This makes much higher dynamics
possible, and, depending on the part geometry, the processing
time can
be reduced up to 30%
The high
speed system allows for cutter movements of up to 85 m/min.
