Lada Engineering Services Ltd offer subcontract CNC Precision Machining and Sheetmetal Engineering services to companies across the UK including specialist robotic welding, CNC laser cutting and welded fabrications.

Facilities: Working from our fully owned 10,000m² facility in Basingstoke, just off of the M3 we employ approximately 70 staff working two shifts Monday to Friday. We operate a state of the art production management system that allows us to offer advance scheduling, determine exact job progress status and guarantee tight deadlines.

Markets: We offer sub-contract engineering services across the board to any industry although we have considerable experience in the aerospace and automotive industries manufacturing aircraft interior components and fork truck parts respectively.

Machining: CNC Machining services include 4 axis milling, large capacity milling (2m), multi-pallet machining. Our dedicated facility is equipped with over 16 CNC machines allowing us to undertake high batch production work.

Fabrication: Sheetmetal Engineering services include forming, welded fabrications, CNC laser cutting, and robotic welding.

Finishing: Powder coating and wet spray services are also handled inhouse for components up to 3mtr x 2mtr x 2mtr with masking services available. We offer a choice of standard polyester, epoxy polyester and epoxy powder coatings to customer specification with automatic aqueous degreasing.
